Phew! A manic start to the show. People everywhere and no room to move in the aisles.

Positive stuff for an industry that’s had an uncertain 12-18months.

We have seen hundreds of people on our the Win a Bailey Pegasus stand and I’ve had a good look around a selection of new motorhomes from Rapido, Dethleffs and Burstner.
Very impressed with the Dethleffs Magic Edition edition and I can see why my old mates at Which Motorcaravan (shortly to be renamed Which Motorhome) gave it high accolades in their Motorhome of the Year Award.

Met Linda Barker this morning of TV makeover fame – very nice. Couldn’t get her to come over and re-decorate through! Although the Friendly Club had Julia Bradbury on their stand – didn’t know where to look for best

A friend of mine asked me if there are any insurance implications in having LPG gas tanks fitted into your motorhome. The answer is no. As long as their value is declared as part of the motorhome’s value. If extra tanks are fitted beyond the delivered specification they are covered under the Personal Belongings section up to £300 per unit.
